INFO Next to each item on the upload page there is a Help link that offers very detailed information about that specific field. Please read this information carefully. Some very common mistakes are:
You will find
more info on this issue in the Upload-FAQ. Also, Read more about required
photo information in our Aviation Photography forum at: And for finding
information resources on the internet, you can find many links here: If this reason was the only one given in the rejection email, please re-upload the photos and pay high attention to supplying the correct info. Always use the Help link next to each item. If there were also other reasons mentioned in the rejection email, please correct these issues first, before reuploading the photo with the correct information attached. A.net strongly requests you to use the auto-fill function when uploading pictures; for obvious reasons this is the easiest and most reliable way to get correct and consistent information in the database. Also the upload page states that you NEVER are to erase information provided by the autofill function; however some common sense has to be used here if the auto-fill provides you obviously wrong information; nobody requests you to leave the info as provided in such a case. The best way to handle such a case is to alter the information and insert the correct (updated) one as far as you know it and leave a note to the screeners explaining the matter.
